It's a fire Amazon that controls undead and demons - it's something you don't see often and you'll definitely catch the eyes of other players. Your Mercenary (turned into a Hell Bovine using the Cow King set) provides a supportive aura and supplemental damage. The item also allows summoning up to five Revives, of which one charge replenishes every few seconds. The unique item Blood Raven's Charge gives up to +6 to Fire Arrow, which is the primary damaging skill. I also discourage you from starting a season with this build - only play it after you've gathered the required items at the minimum.
